Microsoft has create such burden with all these renamings:

When I choose phone to buy, I wanted something that works, Android needs a lot of fixing, custom rome, correct apps, etc. iPhone was too expensive and not very windows friendly. So I bought this Nokia/Microsoft/Lumia 930
And now I'm on Windows Phone 8.1 it doesn't work with my Garmin watch. I want to update to Windows Phone/Mobile 10 whatever it is.
I don't want to install Windows Insider app, as you accept some crazy privacy agreement, all you data(file names, sms, etc) is transferred to MS.
I heard that there is an anniversary update, which should be kind of stable 10 version, but no idea how to install it.
Can somebody please help me to understand what is going on? :confused::confused::confused:
