How to update my rooted phone?

Hello guys, i'm actually at Android 5.1.1 and the OTA already came, but when i want to update it, it says "The operating system of your device has been modified..."
I have Xposed too.
I need to know if there's any way of updating Lollipop to Marshmallow without losing any data being rooted.
