How do I get apps on my gear 2 with unsupported device?

My device is a galaxy on5 I was able to download gear manager using apk' s. It will not allow me to download apps. My device is not rooted.my watch is a gear s2. I've used another phone to download apps but when I connect to my phone it makes me reset the watch
