Failed to find pil ramdump

I just found out that that my device is facing this error "Failed to find pil ramdump" in the background . Is this a matter of concern or is it draining battery cause i have been facing battery backup issue since few days.
This is the logcat of my device from android studio.This error keeps on occurring in every 2-3 seconds.
