Can I flash back to stock through adb over network?

So yeah, phone has not been charging due to an issue with the USB port on my phone. I want to flash it back to stock to send it back in on warranty, problem is I've only ever done that via USB, which is conveniently kaput.

Is there a way to do it through WiFi and adb over network, or am I screwed?
