Hello, i have this anoying problem that reboots my phone randomly when i use it, problem came after i updated it from 5.x.x to 6.0.1, phone reboots randomly (in menu, internet, settings menu,games, even after i factory reseted it in that stage where you choose language/add gmail account bla bla bla)
firmware v. - 23.5.A.0.575, Android - 6.0.1, phone is an "prototype" this is what it tells after i factory reset it. Bootloader unlocked:Yes, i think my carrier is Orange ROmania (I live in romania), I use windows 10, tried the speria companion on my mom's laptop that has w7 and still the same errors..
Things i tried
---Xperia companion (Software Update) - "Could not check for updates, please try again later", sometimes it appeared "updates found..." but it dissapears instantly and brings the "could not check for updates..."
---Xperia companion (Software repair) - "An error occurred while repairing your device.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact Sony support.
Error code: UELoginAuthenticationFailed UE_1100
Tried with firewall/antivirus OFF, no simcard/sd card and still these problems....
---Sony Mobile Flasher --- Install z3 drivers "Sony Net - Install failed"
---tried to install the newer firmware but after pressing volume down+power it flashes the green light then phone turns off, after ~20 second the phone turns on as usual, these are the results.
