Any developer kind enough to develop a ROM to enable LTE on one SIM and 3G on the other SIM for Z5 E6683 model.
The processor seems to be able to support this however it's not available in the stock ROM.
There's no support for GSM network in Japan and soon in other countries thus the dual SIM will not work.
