i want to change from android to windows
i try change my software app but it didnt work
it says the device to slow or protected by manufacturer

Operating System: Android 4.0
Memory: 4 GB ROM+512 MB RAM

gpu: adreno 203

please help i want to change it to windows

if not can i download a custom rom on it
