Galaxy S3 I9300 Costom binary

Hello.
I have a problem, I can not enter in Volume Up + Home + Power.
I tried flashing cutom roms, stock roms and kernels...nothing works.
ODIN says: NAND write start!! Then it fails everytime.
ODIN MODE

CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: Yes (4 counts)
CURRENT BINARY: Custom
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
I tried to instal Custom "[ROM]HellFire™Jelly~for~Samsung Galaxys S3" and i f* up...
Need hellp how to fix... i also tried "[FULL FIX]S3 TO FACTORY STATE unroot/stock recovery/reset binary counter/stock ROM",
but I can not wipe custom binary.
