please help bootloader mode not opening in galaxy grand duos i9082 v4.2.2 kitkat

if you post kindly email it to jaskanwal74@gmail.com. i want to flash twrp but is not flashing through odin. it boots to system recovery. i want to try installing through fastboot. i have not rooted my device
